A Book about stories in a Marathon athlete’s career

Ek, (Christo Müller) en Jaco Klopper, wat ook al meer as 30 jaar hardloop, het na jare se oorweging besluit om ‘n boek saam te stel oor stories in ‘n marathon atleet se loopbaan. Hiermee versoek ons atlete asook afgetrede atlete, om vir ons julle onvergeetlike oomblikke met ons te deel vir die boek. Enige stories en fotos is welkom. Ons wil nie net die lesers se lagspiere toets nie, maar ook ‘n inspirerende, motiverende en geestelike beeld oordra. Baie mense verstaan nie hoekom ons so hol en wat jaag ons nie. Deel sommer met ons hoekom jy hardloop, wat maak dit so lekker? Rig jou storie wat in Afrikaans of Engels kan wees na christo.muller@wtw.co.za of jklopper@vodamail.co.za gevolg met jou naam en dorp. Ons wil darem die stories koppel aan jou naam tensy jy anoniem wil bly, laat weet ons net. Ons sal almal wat stories instuur op hoogte hou van die vordering. Die boek sal in Afrikaans en Engels beskikbaar wees.

I, (Christo Müller) and Jaco Klopper, who have been running for over 30 years, decided after years to write a book about stories in a Marathon athlete’s career. We ask athletes, as well as retired athletes, to share their unforgettable moments with us for the book. Any stories and photos are welcome. We do not only want to test the reader’s stomach muscles, but also convey an inspirational, motivational and spiritual image. Many people do not understand why we run and what we are chasing. Therefore, share with us why you’re running, what makes it so much fun? We want to connect the stories to your name unless you want to stay anonymous, just let us know. We will keep you in the loop of the progress. The book will be published in English and Afrikaans.
