No registration and collection of prizes on behalf of fellow athletes will be allowed.

• Entries cannot be refunded, cancelled, returned or exchanged on account of weather or unforeseen events occurring beyond the control of the event organisers.
Prize Money:
No prize money will be paid on the day of the marathon.
Prize money for breaking the course record will only be paid after re-measuring of the course.
Athletes who won prizes money must present their banking details and ID / Passport
All prize winners must ensure that they have proof of banking details together with ID / Passport.
Foreign athletes will be subjected to 15 % tax on the prize money (SARS and ASA instructions).

Route Information
General Information
1. The race is run under the rules of IAAF, ASA and Limpopo Athletics.
2. Race numbers must be worn on the front of the running vest.
3. Athletes do not need to belong to a club to participate, but must purchase a temporary license.
4. Runners MUST be 16 years or older on race.
5. All participants must present their ID document at registration.
6. All athletes who have not reached the 15km mark by 16h00 will be transported back to the field.
7. All foreign athletes to present their passport at registration.
8. All prize winners will be subjected to a doping test; failure to avail yourself is a serious offence.
9. Prize money will only be paid after doping results are received. (around 3 weeks after race).
10. All foreign athletes must comply with IAAF Rule 142.2 and Rule 4.2 with regard to permission from his/her country of origin to participate outside the country. Written proof of such permission must be provided on race day, should he/she be eligible for any prize money.
11.The use of any technology or appliance that provide the user with an advantage which he/she would not have obtained using the equipment is not permissible.
12. I grant F21 and it’s authorized agents permission to use my name, photographs, or other account free of charge

I warrant that I am in good health and aware of the risks and physical nature of this sporting event.I hereby accept that I participate in the event entirely at my own risk and I release and discharge, to the fullest extent allowed in law, the organisers of the event, all sponsors, persons and organisations assisting in the staging of the event, provincial and national athletics bodies and all local authorities from any responsibility, liability or costs relating to any injury, loss or damage of whatever nature, however caused, arising directly or indirectly from my participation in the event including pre-and post-race activities.
